Standard Shipping (Ground)

We ship all orders via ground delivery services for safety and compliance with federal regulations. Standard ground shipping is FREE on orders of $75 or more (before tax). For orders under $75, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies.

Once shipped, ground packages typically arrive in 3-7 business days. Transit time varies based on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM may begin processing the next business day. Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare and pack your order before shipping. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Service Area

We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
  • International addresses

These restrictions are in place because our products must ship via ground service only, in compliance with hazardous materials shipping regulations.

No P.O. Boxes

Please provide a physical street address for delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, as our carriers require a physical location. If a P.O. box is entered at checkout, these orders will be automatically cancelled.

Hazardous Material Shipping Restrictions

Some of our pool and spa product are regulated as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and require special handling:

  • Ground Transport Only: These items are shipped via ground service only.
  • Proper Labeling: Your package may include HAZMAT or “Limited Quantity” markings. This is normal and ensures proper carrier handling.
  • No Extra Fees: We do not charge additional handling fees for HAZMAT shipping. It is included in our pricing.
  • Not Eligible for Expedited Shipping: HAZMAT items cannot be shipped via air or overnight methods.

No Weekend or Holiday Delivery Guarantees

We ship and deliver orders Monday through Friday. Orders do not ship on major U.S. holidays. While some carriers may deliver on Saturdays in select areas, we do not offer guaranteed weekend delivery service.

Signature Requirements

Most orders do not require a signature at delivery. However, at the carrier's discretion (for high-value or restricted items), a signature may be required. For large or commercial shipments, a signature may also be required. If you prefer a signature for your order, contact us after purchase-we can add this option. Someone must be present during the delivery window.

Failed Deliveries or Address Issues

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will contact you to verify your address.
  • Reshipment may require an additional fee charged by the carrier.

Please double check your shipping details before submitting your order.

Damaged or Missing Packages

Please inspect your package upon arrival:

  • If visibly damaged and the driver is present, you may refuse the package.
  • If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 5 days with photos and a description.
  • For missing packages marked as delivered, check with neighbors or contact the carrier, then reach out to our team.

We will assist with carrier claims and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will help you get the correct product in this case.

Tracking and Delivery Updates

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple boxes, you will receive multiple tracking numbers. All packages can be tracked independently.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
